The Good Health Solutions Health Essentials is a one-hour assessment that will benefit all executive staff. It is designed to empower clients with practical and useful information about their health. The assessment provides a snapshot of the client’s current health status, paying particular attention to lifestyle issues affecting heart disease, cancer, cholesterol and diabetes. It can be conducted at a Good Health Solutions national health assessment centre or at a location convenient to your business. A comprehensive individual report is provided to each executive client on completion of the assessment. Classic Health Assessment
The Good Health Solutions Classic Health Assessment is the most popular assessment with our executive clients. This one stop, two hour thorough assessment builds on the Health Essential assessment to provide clients with a slightly more detailed health review, including cardiac stress testing (ECG). The examining doctor reviews the tests and discusses results with executive clients at the completion of the consultation. Clinical experts offer valuable and practical recommendations on how to minimise particular health risks. A customised individual report will be provided to the client on completion of the assessment, including evidence-based professional advice about accessible lifestyle improvement programs. The inevitable outcome: healthier, happier and more satisfied executives.

Premium Health Assessment
The Good Health Solutions Premium Health Assessment is the most comprehensive and detailed assessment of its kind on the market. The three-hour assessment builds on the Classic Health Assessment and provides executive clients with a thorough medical examination utilising state-of-the-art facilities at St Vincent’s Clinics in Sydney and Melbourne. Tests include cardiac stress testing (ECG), and optional mammograms, bone density scans and chest X-rays at the client’s request. On completion of the assessment, the examining doctor provides executive clients with a fully customised individual report, including pathology and radiology results. Ongoing support for executive lifestyle improvement is available through telephone counselling and online lifestyle improvement programs.
